Plant:Floriferous late spring bulb. Ideal for naturalizing in meadows and rocky woodlands.

Origin: Mediterranean region

Flowers
: light blue, bell-shaped flowers on a spike-like raceme. Blooms for two weeks. 10-12”. Capsules with dozens of prolific, black seeds in summer.

Foliage: grass-like leaves ~8”.

Culture
: full sun to part shade. Grows well in most soils. Rarely bothered by pests or diseases.
